孕妇泌尿生殖道无乳链球菌的耐药性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究孕妇泌尿生殖道中无乳链球菌的耐药性。方法:选取1000例孕妇的泌尿生殖道标本,对所有标本实施常规培养,分析所有分离得到的无乳链球菌的检出情况及耐药性。结果:共检出无乳链球菌136株,年龄20~25岁孕妇的无乳链球菌总检出率高于年龄26~39岁孕妇的无乳链球菌总检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);孕妇的阴道分泌物中无乳链球菌总检出率高于中段尿中无乳链球菌总检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无乳链球菌对四环素、红霉素、克林霉素的耐药率较高,其对头孢曲松、利奈唑胺、万古霉素相对敏感。结论:孕妇泌尿生殖道感染无乳链球菌现象比较常见,需要重视指导孕妇进行无乳链球菌检测,了解无乳链球菌的耐药性变迁情况,尽早检出,及时治疗,并选用敏感的抗菌药物治疗。 Objective: To study drug resistance of Streptococcus agalactiae in the urogenital tract of pregnant women. Methods: The urogenital tract specimens of 1000 pregnant women were selected. All specimens were routinely cultured, and the drug resistance of all isolated Streptococcus agalactiae was analyzed. Results: 136 strains of Streptococcus agalactiae were detected. The total detection rate of Streptococcus agalactiae in the pregnant women aged 20-25 years was greater than that in the pregnant women aged 26-39 years, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total detection rate of Streptococcus agalactiae in the vaginal secretions was greater than that in the middle urinary tract, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Streptococcus agalactiae had a higher resistance rate to Tetracycline, Erythromycin and Clindamycin, and it was relatively sensitive to Ceftriaxone, Linezolid and Vancomycin. Conclusions: Streptococcus agalactiae is more common in the urogenital tract infections. It is necessary to pay attention to instruct the pregnant women for Streptococcus agalactiae detection and understand the changes of drug resistance of Streptococcus agalactiae. Streptococcus agalactiae should be detected as soon as possible and treated in time with the sensitive antibacterial drugs.
