体验式产前健康教育对初产妇分娩结局的影响

Effects of experiential prenatal health education on delivery outcomes of primiparas

目的:分析体验式产前健康教育对初产妇分娩结局的影响。方法:选取100例定期产检且参与体验式产前健康教育的初产妇作为研究组,另将100例同期未参加体验式产前健康教育的初产妇作为对照组。对照组予常规产前健康教育,研究组予体验式产前健康教育,比较两组初产妇的阴道分娩率、剖宫产率、会阴侧切率、新生儿体质量变化及护理满意度。结果:研究组阴道分娩率高于对照组,而剖宫产率和会阴侧切率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿体质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组护理满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体验式产前健康教育可以促进产妇顺利完成自然分娩,降低产妇的会阴侧切率,提高阴道分娩率,以及患者对产房护理工作的满意度。

Objective: To analyze effects of experiential prenatal health education on delivery outcomes for primiparas. Methods: 100 primiparas who participated in regular prenatal examination and prenatal health education were selected as the study group, and 100 primiparas who did not participate in the experiential prenatal health education were used as the control group. The control group was given routine prenatal health education, while the study group was given the experiential prenatal health education. The vaginal delivery rate, cesarean section rate, perineal lateral resection rate, neonatal body weight change, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The vaginal delivery rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group, while the cesarean section rate and perineal lateral resection rate were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the neonatal body weight between the two groups(P>0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.00%, which was higher than 78.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Experiential prenatal health education can promote the successful natural delivery of the primiparas, reduce the perineal lateral resection rate, and improve the vaginal delivery rate and the nursing satisfaction. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical recommendation.
