摘要 本文介绍了基于油烟机、灶具、锅具的联动控制系统实现的控温菜谱及其自学习方法。该系统以油烟机为主机,接收锅具上报的实时锅温数据,根据智能菜谱的时间、温度参数,控制灶具的火力大小,从而实现控温智能菜谱。此外,可以实时录入厨师或者其他人的烹饪时的数据,制作成新的智能菜谱,实现厨房烹饪的智能化、流程化。 This paper introduces the temperature control recipe and self-learning method based on the linkage control system of the kitchenventilator,stove and pot.The system takes the kitchen ventilator as the host,receives the real-time pot temperature data reported by the pot,and controls the firepower of the cooker according to the time and temperature parameters of the intelligent recipe,thereby realizing the temperature-controlled intelligent recipe.And you can record the cooking data of the chef or other people in real time,and create a new smart recipe to realize the intelligent and streamlined kitchen cooking.
