摘要
目的优选鼻窦炎口服液的最佳澄清工艺条件。方法采用U8(83×4)均匀设计试验法,以黄芩苷含量和沉渣回收量为指标,选取浓缩液相对密度、冷沉时间、pH值、离心次数为考察因素,优选鼻窦炎口服液的澄清工艺。结果最佳澄清工艺条件为浓缩液相对密度为1.18(25℃),冷沉时间为72 h,pH值为6.1,离心次数为2。结论该优选工艺合理、稳定、可行,可为鼻窦炎口服液的生产提供依据。
Objective To optimize the best clarification process of Bidouyan oral liquids.Methods With the content of baicalin and precipitation as indexes,and with the relative density of concentrated solution,cooling precipitation time,pH value and centrifugal times as factors,to optimize the best clarification process of Bidouyan oral liquids by uniform design of U8(83×4)table.Results The best conditions of clarification process were relative density of 1.18(25℃),cooling precipitation time of 72h,pH value of 6.1 and centrifugal times of 2.Conclusion The optimized clarification process was reasonable,stable and feasible.It can be used as reference for practical production of Bidouyan oral liquids.
