摘要
地铁车辆牵引系统作为地铁安全、可靠运营的动力源头,其设备可靠性对整个地铁线网安全、准点运行起到至关重要的作用。通过对地铁车辆牵引系统建模,运用潜在失效模式与后果分析(FMEA)法对车辆牵引系统可靠性进行评估,并结合南昌地铁1号线牵引系统设计及现阶段运行状态,分析导致牵引系统失效的因素及薄弱环节,为制定适用于地铁1号线的牵引系统维修策略提供理论依据,亦为地铁行业运维可靠性、经济性提供经验。
As the power source of metro safe and reliable operation, the component reliability of metro vehicle traction system plays an important role in the safe and punctual function of the whole metro network. Through modeling of metro vehicle traction system, using the method of failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA) to evaluate the reliability of vehicle traction system, and based on the design of traction system of Nanchang metro line 1 and the current operation status, analyzing the failure factors and weak links of traction system, in order to develop the traction system suitable for metro line 1. It provides theoretical basis for the maintenance strategy and experience for the reliability and cost effectiveness of metro industry operation and maintenance.
