摘要 某滨海填土区地铁盾构隧道,在运营8年后出现道床翻浆冒泥病害。结合区间隧道所在地区地质情况及结构特征分析病害发生的原因:①地质情况复杂,隧道处于淤泥质地层中,衬砌结构发生不均匀变形;②道床结构与衬砌管片之间不密实,道床与管片结构变形不协调。根据病害原因,制定以适用的材料填充道床结构与管片结构间缝隙的病害整治方案。 As a metro shield tunnel in a coastal reclamation area, the track malfunction of mud pumping from the track bed appears after 8 years of operation. Based on the geological conditions and structural characteristics in the tunnel area, the causes of the disease are analyzed:(1) the geological conditions are complex, the tunnel is in the muddy stratum, and the lining structure has uneven deformation,(2) the track bed structure and the lining segment are not compact, and the deformation of the track bed and segment structure are not matched. Based on the cause of the disease, the scheme to take measures of filling the gap between the track bed structure and the segment structure with proper materials is made.
