摘要
磁浮交通道岔常采用整梁移动方式改变轨道方向,检测其位置信号的传感器一般使用双行程开关,这些行程开关接点的串并联方式对道岔系统的可靠性有较大影响。文章对5种磁浮交通道岔位置检测信号行程开关连接方案进行分析,探讨不同方案的可靠性和安全性并分析各方案的优缺点,为同类道岔位置检测信号冗余设计提供参考和借鉴。
The whole beam moving mode is often used to change the track direction of maglev turnout. The sensors for detecting these position signals generally use double travel switches. This paper discusses the big impact of the series parallel connection mode of these travel switch contacts on the reliability of turnout system. It analyzes the connection schemes of five kinds of travel switches for maglev turnout position detection signals, the reliability and safety of different schemes and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme, providing reference for the redundancy design of similar turnout position detection signals.
