摘要
叶色特异茶树的内含物成分有各自特点,因此具有开发特色或健康茶产品的前景。本文对白化、黄化、紫芽等叶色特异的茶树品种及品种授权情况进行了统计,并将物候期、化学成分含量进行了较为全面的汇总比较,为特异茶树品种推广、引种及特色新品种选育提供较为全面的参考信息。
Tea plants(Camellia sinensis)with special leaf colors show a promising future for the development of new tea products with special flavor or healthy functions as the components in tea leaves with different colors exhibit the distinct characteristics.In present paper,tea cultivars with specific colors including albino,yellow and purple,and their authorization situations were summarized comprehensively.Particularly,their differences in sprouting time and chemical compositions were compared.This review provided some useful information for the promotion,introduction and breeding of special tea cultivars.
