摘要
抽油机井杆管偏磨是各大油田进入开发中后期所面对的共同难题,为解决这一问题,各油田均开展过专项研究,但由于各采油区块井况、工作制度、采油深度的不同,导致防偏磨措施的效果差异性较大,未形成普遍适用性。针对现有问题及措施,开展了抽油机井杆管偏磨原因及预防措施探讨,分析了引起杆管偏磨的主要因素,并探讨了主流防偏磨手段。通过防偏磨组合措施的现场试验,证明组合式防偏磨措施可有效延长平均免修期,具有良好的应用效果。针对不同油井的现场井况,采取适合的防偏磨措施,可降低油井发生杆管偏磨的概率,延长免修期,降低油井维护作业费用,为油田后期开发提供有效助力。
The rod and tubing side wear of pumping unit wells is a common problem for major oilfields in the middle and later stages of development.To solve this problem,special studies have been carried out in various oilfields.However,the different well conditions,working systems and oil production depths of each production block,the effect of side wear prevention measures is quite different,and the universal applicability has not been formed.Aiming at the existing problems and measures,the causes and preventive measures of rod and tubing side wear in pumping wells are discussed.The main factors that directly cause side wear of rod and tubing are mainly analyzed,and control measures are discussed.Combining application of side wear measures are carried out,achieving good test results and prolonging the average maintenance-free period.For different wells,appropriate control measures can effectively reduce the probability of rod and tube side wear,prolonging the repair-free period,reducing the maintenance cost of oil wells,to provide effective assistance for the late development of oil fields.
