油层套管上窜治理新技术试验与推广 被引量:1

摘要 大港南部油田油水井发生了套管上窜现象,油层套管上窜造成套管之间的密封性破坏,给采油生产和修井作业带来了一定困难和不安全因素,这些都是制约老油田正常开发和油水井的寿命的关键原因。大港油田套管上窜是由于地面沉降造成的,分析地面沉降的主要原因是由于地下水的过度开采,由于地面沉降是不可逆过程,所以笔者通过技术研究、设计加工配套装置,并应用新技术对上窜井进行治理,以恢复套管原始受力状况,消除安全隐患,这项新技术在大港油田及其它油田具有推广应用价值。 Happened in southern Dagang oil and water well casing channeling phenomenon,is mainly affected by factors such as land subsidence,the stress change,wellbore temperature,the influence of oil layer casing on sealing between casing damage,oil from the surface casing pipe support and fixation,causes high wellhead and sway,jumped up and down,brought certain difficulties to oil production and work over operation and unsafe factors,these are restricting the old oilfield development and normal oil Wells of the life of the key reasons.Dagang Oilfield casing channeling is caused by ground subsidence,analyze the cause of land subsidence is mainly due to the excessive exploitation of groundwater,because of ground subsidence is the irreversible process,so in this article,through technical research,design,form a complete set of processing equipment,and application of new technology on well governed,to restore casing stress state of the original,eliminate safety hidden trouble,the new technology in Dagang Oilfield and other fields has popularization and application value.
