摘要
应用能流分析技术,对油田稠油热采生产核心设备注汽锅炉所在的注汽站能量系统按能量转换、能量利用、能量回收环节进行划分,给出各环节能量评价指标。以某单位某活动注汽站为例,利用能流分析方法,结合现场调研数据,对各环节、装置的能量平衡进行计算,绘制注汽站能流分布图,对注汽锅炉用能现状进行分析并提出合理用能改进方向,依据用能指标找出注汽站用能各环节中的薄弱部分,提出注汽站节约油、水、电、热的有效措施。
The energy flow analysis technology was applied to divide the energy system of steam injection station where the steam injection boiler located in the core equipment of thermal recovery and production of heavy oil into energy conversion,energy utilization and energy recovery links,and the energy evaluation indexes of each link were given.Activities in a certain unit of steam injection station as an example,the use of energy flow analysis method,combining with the field survey data,energy balance for the each link,the device is calculated,the drawing steam injection station can flow distribution,carries on the analysis about the present situation of steam injection boiler can and put forward the improvement direction for rational use of energy,according to use can find the steam injection can stand with refers to the weak part of each link,steam injection station is put forward to save the effective measures of the oil,water,electricity and heat.
