摘要
自工业革命之后,周边式住宅街区在欧洲的城市建设中一直扮演着重要的角色。在维也纳,受"红色维也纳"时期的共产主义思想的影响,周边式住宅街区形成了注重社区空间的住宅文化。本文以维也纳的周边式住宅街区为研究对象,通过梳理其历史发展脉络,总结了其在规划和建筑设计中的特征,探寻了其对于我国建设街区制住宅的借鉴意义。本文旨在强调周边式住宅街区所体现的一种用城市(街区)视角设计的建筑理念。
Since the Industrial Revolution,the perimeter block has played an important role in urban construction in Europe.In Vienna,due to the communist ideals in the period of the"Red Vienna",the perimeter block has formed a residential culture focusing on community space.This paper takes the perimeter block of Vienna as the research object,summarizes its characteristics in planning and architectural design through the combing of its historical development,and explores its reference significance for the construction of housing blocks in China.The purpose of this paper is to emphasize that the perimeter block embodies the idea of designing architecture form the perspective of city(block).
