城市存量产业空间的活化策略研究——以嘉兴市城南街道为例

摘要 随着城市土地的二次开发,存量产业空间的节约利用与再开发成为解决我国城市用地紧张、缓解人口与土地矛盾的重要手段,而且近年来我国城市的工业园区逐渐出现了大量的空置厂房等存量空间,这也就导致我国劳动密集型、加工贸易型等传统工业都面临着非常严峻的挑战。基于此,本文主要以嘉兴市城南街道为例,探究城市存量产业空间的活化策略,希望为后期的研究提供具有参考性的意见,从而更好地促进城市发展,激活空间利用。 With the secondary development of urban land,the economical utilization and redevelopment of the stock industrial space has become an important means to solve the problem of land use in the cities in our countries and to alleviate the contradiction between population and land.In recent years,there are a large number of stock space in the industrial parks such as vacant factories in our country.Thus,the labor-intensive,processing trade and other traditional industries in our country are facing serious challenges.Based on this,this paper mainly takes Chengnan street in Jiaxing as an example to explore the activation strategy of urban stock industrial space,and hopes to provide a reference for later research,so as to better promote urban development and activate space utilization.
