城市复兴视角下的钢铁厂工业遗产转型路径研究——以昆钢工业遗产保护与利用规划为例

Research on the Transformation Path of Steel Plant Industrial Heritage from the Perspective of Urban Revival—— A Case of the Protection and Utilization Plan of Kunming Steel Plant

在存量规划政策和去产能化背景下,我国钢铁厂纷纷开始了转型探索。本文首先以昆钢为例,分析了钢铁厂工业遗产转型路径研究的意义,并借鉴国内外案例,总结了钢铁厂工业遗产转型的三种路径。在此基础上,结合昆钢工业遗产保护规划项目,剖析了钢铁厂转型路径选择中应当考虑的多方面因素,希望能对未来钢铁厂工业遗产保护利用的研究和实践有所参考。

Under the background of stock planning policy and de-capacity,the steel plants began to explore the transformation in our country.This paper first analyzes the significance of the research on the transformation path of steel plant industrial heritage and summarizes three transformation paths of steel plants on the basis of many foreign and domestic cases.Furthermore,based on the protection and utilization plan of Kunming Steel Plant,it analyzes the various factors that should be considered in the selection of transformation path,which can be used as a reference for the protection and utilization of steel plant industrial heritage in the future.
