摘要
木塑复合模板是一种利用植物纤维填料和塑料制成的植物纤维改性、塑料改性模板,其通过将废弃的植物纤维,废旧塑料和助剂等熔融、混炼制成颗粒,经加工成型制成。木塑复合模板具有材料广泛、加工工艺简单、可回收利用等特点,与我国大力推广绿色建筑的战略目标相符。本文以泉州市某宿舍楼建筑工程为例,深入分析了木塑复合模板的特点,并从墙面、梁、楼面板和支撑体系等方面,阐述了模板体系设计要点和施工技术要点,以期促进木塑复合模板的应用与推广。
Wood plastic composite formwork is a kind of plant fiber modified and plastic modified formwork made of functional fiber filler and plastic,which is process and formed by melting and mixing the waste plant fiber,waste plastic and auxiliary agent into particles.Wood plastic composite formwork has the characteristics of wide range of materials,simple processing technology,recyclable,etc.,which is consistent with the strategic goal of vigorously promoting green building in China.Taking a dormitory building construction project in Quanzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of wood plastic composite formwork,and expounds the key points of formwork system design and construction technology from the aspects of wall,beam,floor panel and support system,in order to promote the application and promotion of wood plastic composite formwork.
