摘要
短链脂肪酸是肠道微生物发酵产物,其对机体健康的影响已被广泛研究。本文就短链脂肪酸在国内外的研究进展,综述了其对猪肠道健康和代谢健康的有益影响以及在生猪养殖中的应用,旨在为新型饲料添加剂的开发与利用提供应用和理论依据。
Short-chain fatty acids are fermentation products of intestinal microbe,and their effects on the metabolic health of the body have been extensively studied.We reviewed the research progress of short-chain fatty acids at home and abroad.The beneficial effects on intestinal health and metabolic health,growth performance and reproductive performance of pigs were also reviewed.The aim was to provide application and theoretical basis for the development and utilization of new feed additives.
