摘要
为获得白三叶草粉在肉兔日粮中的适宜添加比例,本研究选取了(30±2)日龄、健康状况良好、体重(650±30)g、公母各半的150只断奶新西兰兔为试验动物,采用5处理5重复单因子完全随机设计的方法,设计了5个试验组,其中1个为对照组,4个处理组,每个试验组5个重复,每个重复6只兔子。分别在饲料中添加0%(对照组)、10%(处理Ⅰ组)、20%(处理Ⅱ组)、30%(处理Ⅲ组)和40%(处理Ⅳ组)的白三叶草粉,研究不同比例的白三叶草粉对肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能和消化代谢的影响。结果表明:(1)处理Ⅳ组平均日增重最高,为30.5 g/d,极显著高于其他组(P<0.01),较对照组提高11.48%(P<0.01)。处理Ⅳ组料重比最低,为3.5,较对照组降低5.15%。(2)处理Ⅳ组的全净膛屠宰率为50.67%,极显著高于对照组5.6%和处理Ⅰ组6.32%(P<0.01),显著高于处理Ⅱ组4.09%(P<0.05)。(3)各处理组的营养物质消化率均高于对照组,且均以处理Ⅳ组最高。综上,在日粮中添加适宜比例的白三叶草粉,对肉兔的生产性能是有利的,本试验条件下,40%白三叶草粉饲养效果最好。
In order to acquire appropriate proportion of white clover meal in the diet of growing rabbits.In this study,we selected(30±2)days,good health condition,similar weight(650±30)g,male and female half and half of 150 weaned New Zealand rabbits as experimental animals.These rabbits were randomly divided into five groups,among them,one for the control group,four groups for treatment,each group five repeats,each repeat six rabbits.Proportions of white clover meal in the diet of each group were 0%(control group),10%(treatmentⅠgroup),20%(treatmentⅡgroup),30%(treatmentⅢgroup)and 40%(treatmentⅣgroup).The effect of different proportions of white clover meal on growth performance,slaughter performance and digestive metabolism of meat rabbit were studied.The results showed as follows:(1)The average daily gain of treatmentⅣgroup was the highest,reached 30.5 g/d,extremely significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.01),11.48%higher than control group(P<0.01).The feed-weight ratio of treatmentⅣgroup was the lowest,reached 3.5,5.15%lower than control group.(2)The percentage of eviscerated yieid of treatmentⅣgroup was50.67%,extremely significantly 5.6%higher than control group and 6.32%higher than treatmentⅠgroup(P<0.01),significantly 4.09%higher than treatmentⅡgroup(P<0.05).(3)The digestion of four treatment groups were higher than control group,treatmentⅣgroup was the highest among them.Thus it can be seen that appropriate proportion of white clover meal was good for production performance of meat rabbit,40%white clover meal had the best feeding effect in this experimental condition.
