怎样成为中小学卓越教师?——基于广州市Y区的个案分析 被引量:2

摘要 卓越教师作为优秀教师群体的代表,对教师队伍整体素质的提高具有重要的引领意义。通过对广州市Y区14位中小学优秀教师进行个案访谈研究,了解卓越教师成长各个阶段情况及其目前在教学、管理方面的表现。通过持续对比分析表明,卓越教师具备积极进取、规划人生,以生为本、育人为先等素养。在此基础上提出了关爱教师、打破校际界线、完善评价机制、鼓励开展科研、提高培训的实践性等提升策略,为卓越教师的培养提供借鉴和参考。
