摘要
探讨电力行业背景下工程管理硕士培养创新模式,从而为我国蓬勃发展的电力能源工程事业提供高层次复合型管理人才无疑具有重要的现实意义。文章以上海电力大学为例,从培养定位、生源质量、课程体系、课堂和实践教学等方面介绍了其培养特色,分析了培养过程中有待于进一步完善的问题。
Exploring the innovative training mode of master of engineering management has important practical significance for providing high-level composite management talents in China's electric energy engineering industry.Taking Shanghai University of Electric Power as an example,this paper introduces the cultivation characteristics fromthe aspects of training orientation,student source quality,curriculum system and teaching practice.Based on this,the problems and countermeasures during the training process are also analyzed in the paper.
