Strive to Explore New Measures for Administrative Management of Undergraduate Teaching Office

教学是一个高等学校的中心工作,提高教学质量是高等工程教育的核心问题,而本科教学工作的管理又是提高教学质量的保证,教学和教学管理工作具有同等重要的作用。目前,我国高校对于本科教学管理的系统性的文献较少,为了探究教学行政管理的科学性,现根据问卷调查呈现出的五大本科教学管理问题,针对本科教学办公室的责任分工不明问题提出新的解决方案。

Teaching is the central work of a college.Improving the quality of teaching is the core issue of higher engineering education.The management of undergraduate teaching is the guarantee to improve the quality of teaching.Teaching and teaching management have the same important role.At present,there are few systematic literatures on undergraduate teaching management in China's colleges and universities.In order to explore the scientific nature of teaching administration,the five undergraduate teaching management problems presented by the questionnaire survey are now proposed,and the new division of responsibility of the undergraduate teaching office is proposed.
