In the course of the current university education work,college counselors are the backbone of cultivating students'political thoughts.In the midst of this,college counselors'professional happiness determines the overall quality of management.It affects students'healthy growth.So,it is very important for college counselors to improve their professional happiness.This paper makes a brief analysis on the significance and value of college counselors'professional happiness.The path of its ascension is briefly discussed.
