Analysis of Improving Local Application-oriented Institutions’ Teaching Staffs’ Abilities in Vocational Guidance

地方应用型本科院校职业指导师资队伍职业化与专业化建设存在不足。文章在分析师资队伍建设现状与问题的基础上,提出了优化职业指导师资队伍的实施路径。

Vocational guidance teaching staffs,in local application-oriented institutions,tend to lack professional capabilities.This paper,therefore,through analyzing the status quo and some existing problems in the improvement of university teachers'capacities in career guidance,proposes ways of optimizing their abilities in this respect.
