高校心理健康教育对大学生素质教育的作用

The Role of Psychological Health Education in College Students’ Quality Education

大学生心理健康教育作为素质教育的前提条件,是培养高质量、高素质人才的必然要求。近年来,大学生心理问题逐渐成为制约国内外高校培养高素质人才的“隐形杀手”,为做好大学生心理健康教育工作,政府教育部门要强化政策引导,高校应加强重视程度,心理健康教育纳入必修课程体系,切实发挥心理咨询机构的积极作用,奋力做好新时代培养高素质人才的工作。

Psychological health education for college students is a prerequisite for quality education and an inevitable requirement for training high-quality talents.In recent years,college students'psychological problems have gradually become invisible killers restricting the cultivation of high-quality talents.In order to do this work well,government education departments should strengthen policy guidance,universities should pay more attention to psychological health education,set up a compulsory course system of psychological health education,and give full play to the positive role of psychological counseling institutions,so as to well complete the work of training high-quality talents in the new era.
