第三方评价工作主要在我国政府绩效、专家学者、卫生系统、职业教育人才培养质量等方面展开,并取得显著的成果。拥有丰富文献资源的研究型大学图书馆在大数据时代应该成为学科发展等方面的重要第三方评价机构。文章对研究型大学图书馆成为第三方评价机构的必要性、评价工具以及评价内容进行论述。

The third-party evaluation work is mainly carried out in the aspects of government performance,experts and scholars,health system,quality of vocational education personnel training,and has achieved remarkable results.In the era of big data,the research university library with rich literature resources should become an important third-party evaluation institution for discipline development.This paper discusses the necessity,evaluation tools and evaluation contents of research university library as a third-party evaluation institution.
