功能翻译理论视角下北部湾旅游景区英文公示语调查研究

A Survey of English Public Signs in Beibu Gulf Tourist Scenic Spots from the Perspective of Functional Translation Theory

随着广西经济的发展,广西北部湾地区与世界各国以及泛北部湾国家的旅游交往日益密切。然而,从北部湾的各旅游胜地现状来看,目前北部湾地区的国际化水平还处于一个初级阶段,如果旅游景区的公示语翻译存在不足,不仅给国外游客带来误解和不便,更直接影响北部湾地区的旅游形象。本论文通过对功能派理论翻译的研究,探讨加强北部湾地区各大景区、景点英文公示语规范化统筹管理的策略,精心打造旅游景区双语公示语系统,以促进北部湾地区城市形象和景区地位的提升。

With the development of Guangxi economy,Guangxi Beibu Gulf region has increasingly close tourism exchanges with other countries in the world and pan-Beibu Gulf countries.However,according to the present situation of the tourist resorts in Beibu Gulf,the internationalization level of Beibu Gulf area is still in a primary stage.If the translation of public signs in scenic spots is insufficient,it will not only bring misunderstanding and inconvenience to foreign tourists,but also directly affect the tourism image of Beibu Gulf area.This theory Through the study of the theoretical translation of functionalism,this paper probes into the strategies of strengthening the standardized and overall management of English public signs in Beibu Gulf area,and carefully builds a bilingual public sign systemin tourist scenic spots in order to promote the image of cities and the status of scenic spots in Beibu Gulf area.
