渔港既是渔民进行海洋捕捞及海水养殖的后方基地和生产、生活的重要场所,又是带动渔村发展、渔民脱贫致富的重要基础设施。为了更好地了解我国渔港建设方式和管理体制,文章将对国内渔港的投资、建设、管理方式进行概述,并对海南省渔港的相关现状进行说明,有利于加快渔港建设,完善体制管理制度,更好地服务海洋渔业经济发展和促进渔港建设。

Fishing port is not only the rear base and important place for fishermen to carry out marine fishing and mariculture,but also an important infrastructure to drive the development of fishing villages and fishermen to get rid of poverty.In order to better understand the construction mode and management system of China's fishing port,this paper summarizes the investment,construction and management mode of domestic fishing port,and explains the current situation of Hainan fishing port,which is conducive to accelerating the construction of fishing port,improving the system management system,better serving the economic development of marine fishery and promoting the construction of fishing port.
