As an engineering major in an art college,Material Science of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology has unique advantages in integrating art and engineering disciplines and cultivating postgraduate students across disciplines.In this paper,the establishment of a cross-disciplinary training system for postgraduate students with good ability of practice and innovation,the promotion of postgraduate students'multidisciplinary professional knowledge and scientific research practice skills are discussed,to provide reference for relevant people.
