科研主导模式下药剂学专业研究生培养机制的改进

Culture Mechanism Improvements of Pharmaceutical Postgraduates Directed by Scientific Research Leading

药剂学是以多学科理论为基础的综合性应用技术科学,是药学研究中不可或缺的重要一环,这对药剂学专业研究生培养提出了更高的要求。针对现有本专业研究生教育现状,文章提出以下改进方案:(1)改变传统教学模式,培养研究生主动思考能力,及时追踪研究前沿;(2)突出军事特色,致力于将药剂学最新研究成果应用到军事药剂学中;(3)减少集中授课时间,鼓励研究生尽早进入科研一线;(4)改变应试教育下研究生的固有思维模式,鼓励源头性创新;(5)亦师亦友,因材施教;(6)全方位培养,提升综合能力。研究生导师责任重大,要明确研究生培养目标,为国家科技发展培养更多高层次人才。

Pharmaceutics is a comprehensive applicable scientific subject based on multiple theories.Pharmaceutics is an important part of pharmaceutical research.And this brings forward with much higher standards for pharmaceutical postgraduates.This manuscript proposed the following schemes.(1)Active thinking of postgraduates must be paid much attention.They should be familiar with frontier research of pharmaceutics.(2)Military feature should be highlighted.The novel research achievements could be applied in military pharmaceutics.(3)Intensive teaching time should be cut down and postgraduates could get into scientific research work as early as possible.(4)Original innovation should be encouraged and intrinsic thinking pattern based on exam-oriented education could be altered thoroughly.(5)Supervisors teach postgraduates in accordance of their aptitude like teachers and friends.(6)Postgraduates should be cultured all around and have comprehensive ability.Responsibility of supervisors are important.The culture aim of postgraduates must be clear and more high-level talents could be served for national scientific development.
