随着新媒体迅速发展,高校新闻媒体宣传和摄影进入新时代。习近平总书记在全国宣传思想工作会议中指出,宣传思想干部要不断掌握新知识、熟悉新领域、开拓新视野,增强本领能力,加强调查研究,不断增强脚力、眼力、脑力、笔力。高校新闻摄影队伍建设需要进一步提高壮大,队伍机制建设面临诸多问题。文章分析了高校新闻宣传摄影队伍建设面临的诸多问题,并提出了具体的建议措施。

Nowadays,with the rapid development of new media,college news media propaganda and photography have entered a new era.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Conference on Propaganda and Ideological Work that the propaganda and ideological cadres should constantly master new knowledge,familiarize themselves with new fields,broaden new horizons,enhance their abilities,strengthen their investigation and research,and constantly enhance their foot,eye,brain and pen power.The construction of news photography team in colleges and universities needs to be further improved and strengthened.There are many problems in the construction of team mechanism.This paper analyses the problems faced by the construction of the photography team of news propaganda in colleges and universities,and puts forward concrete suggestions and measures.
