为充分发挥思想政治教育对大学生就业指导工作的作用,促进二者的有机融合,作者以《高职院校就业指导工作中思想政治教育创新问题研究》为课题,从大学生就业教育相关概述入手,对思想政治教育融入大学生就业的必要性和重要性进行了深入分析,并在此基础上全方位、深层次地剖析了思想政治教育融入大学生就业教育现状以及存在的主要问题,最后根据其存在的问题探究了思想政治教育融入大学生就业教育的策略。

In order to give full play to the ideological and political education on college students'employment guidance work,promote the organic integration of both,based on the innovation of ideological and political education in employment guidance work in higher vocational institutes study of problems as the subject,from the perspective of the education of university students'employment related overview,on the necessity and importance of ideological and political education into the university students'employment has carried on the thorough analysis,and based on this comprehensive,deeply analyzes the ideological and political education into the education of university students'employment situation and the existing main problems,and finally according to the problems existing in the exploration of the ideological and political education into the education of university students'employment policy.
