摘要
中职学校学生是赢在起跑线上、输在转折点上的一个特殊教育群体,而中职学生只是一块未经雕琢的璞玉,只是没有好好地去培养、去教诲,因此缺点还很多。由于多种原因造成了他们对学习失去了信心,变得不自信。在日常教学管理中,让学生树立起乐观、向上的自信心,应当从学校、家庭、学生三个方面进行努力,形成一个“三位一体”的教育合力,才能取得实效。
Secondary vocational school students are a special education group who wins on the starting line and loses at the turning point,while the secondary vocational school students are just an uncut jade,but they do not cultivate and teach well,but there are still many shortcomings.But for a variety of reasons,they lost confidence in learning and became unconfident.In the daily teaching management,let the students establish optimistic and upward self-confidence,we should make efforts from three aspects:school,family and students,and form a"Three Forming an Organic Whole"educational joint force in order to achieve practical results.
