专业认证背景下水利水电工程专业创新型人才培养模式研究

Innovative Talents of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering under the Background of Specialty Certification Study on Cultivation Pattern

创新型国家建设对创新型人才培养提出了新的要求,工程教育专业认证是高等工程教育国际化的重要保障。课题基于工程教育专业认证背景,分析了水利水电工程专业创新型人才培养的要求,从创新人才培养方案、创新教学方式方法、强调实践创新三个方面研究了水利水电工程专业创新型人才培养模式,并对水利水电工程专业创新型人才培养保障体系进行了初步探讨。

The construction of an innovative country puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of innovative talents,and the certification of engineering education specialty is an important guarantee for the internationalization of higher engineering education.Based on the background of engineering education certification,this paper analyzes the requirements of innovative talents training in water conservancy and hydropower engineering,including innovative talents training scheme,innovative teaching methods and methods.This paper studies the training mode of innovative talents in water conservancy and hydropower engineering specialty from three aspects of practice innovation,and makes a preliminary discussion on the guarantee system of innovative talents training in water conservancy and hydropower engineering specialty.
