摘要
生物有机化学对化学类或生物类的本科学生来说,都是一门重要的专业课程,同时也是学生很难掌握的课程。生物有机化学既包含了化学的反应机理、反应条件,也包含了生物大分子的结构、功能和性质等。在学习过程中要求学生具有一定化学基础知识和相关的生物知识储备。因此,在教授这门课程时,需要针对不同的专业,调整课程设置,归纳总结教学内容,突出教学重点,在总结教学实践的基础上,以激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生科学思维的能力,从而使生物有机化学的教学质量得到提高。
Bioorganic chemistry is an important professional course for undergraduate students of chemistry or biology,and it is also a difficult course for students to master.Bioorganic chemistry includes not only the reaction mechanism,reaction conditions,but also the structure,function and properties of biomolecules.In the process of learning,students are required to have some basic knowledge of chemistry and related biological knowledge reserve.Therefore,when teaching this course,it is necessary to adjust the curriculum design,summarize the teaching contents,stress the teaching key points,stimulate the students'interest in learning and cultivate the students'science on the basis of summarizing the teaching practice.The ability of thinking can improve the teaching quality of bioorganic chemistry.
