生物工程专业高素质复合型应用人才培养研究

Study on the Training of High Quality Compound Applied Talents in Bioengineering Specialty

对于生物工程专业来说,人才的需求是比较大的,尤其是对高素质复合型应用人才来说,也是企业所需要的。这对生物工程专业教育提出要求。因此,要保证人才培养目标的准确性,以此落实好方案,真正将人才培养方案落到实际中去,满足发展要求,实现教育目标。基于此,文章针对生物工程专业高素质复合型应用人才培养进行简要阐述,提出个人看法,仅供参考。

For bioengineering specialty,the demand for talents is relatively great,especially for high-quality compound use talents,which is also needed in enterprises.Therefore,fromthis level,the requirements for bioengineering education are put forward.By ensuring the accuracy of the goal of talent training,we can implement the good scheme and really implement the talent training program in practice,so as to meet the requirements of development and achieve the goal of education.Based on this,this paper briefly expounds the training of high quality compound application talents for bioengineering specialty,and puts forward some personal views for reference only.
