摘要
螺旋藻中叶绿素含量高,因此可利用螺旋藻来提取叶绿素。本文用分光光度法通过硫酸铜浸泡螺旋藻进行铜化后,再用丙酮乙醇混合液浸提得到叶绿素,结果表明:浸提溶剂为丙酮乙醇混合液,丙酮乙醇混合液比例为70︰30,铜化时间13 h,浸提时间2 h,浸提温度55℃,物料比70︰1。
The content of chlorophyll in Spirulina is high, so spirulina can be used to extract chlorophyll. In the experiment, the chlorophylls were extracted from soaking spirulina in copper sulfate and acetone ethanol mixture by Spectrophotometry. The results shows that the extraction solvent was acetone ethanol mixture, the ratio of acetone ethanol mixture was 70︰30, the time of copper melting was 13 h, the extraction time was 2 h, the extraction temperature was 55 ℃, and the material ratio was 70︰1.
