摘要
废CRTs显示器锥玻璃中含有大量的铅,处理不当易引起较大的环境风险。分别采用柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠、EDTA-2Na及其复配弱酸浸提体系对废CRTs锥玻璃进行铅浸出实验,考察相同实验条件下三种浸提体系对废CRTs锥玻璃料中铅浸出效果的影响。结果表明:柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠与EDTA复配成的浸出体系对废CRTs锥玻璃中铅的效果可以达到80%以上,为废CRTs锥玻璃的绿色环保处理提供了一条思路。
The waste CRTs funnel glass contains a lot of lead.Improper disposal of waste CRTs funnel glass will lead to great environmental risk.Three extraction systems of citric acid/sodium citrate,EDTA-2 Na,and citric acid/sodium citrate/EDTA-2 Na were used to leach the lead in waste CRTs funnel glass.The effect of extraction rate for three extraction systems was investigated.The results showed that the effect of the extraction systems of citric acid/sodium citrate/EDTA-2 Na to leaching the lead in waste CRTs could reach more than 80%,which provides a way for the green treatment of waste CRTs。
