摘要
本文采用以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,经Pechmann缩合反应,合成7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素(A1)。再以A1为原料,经酰化反应,经TLC监测合成5种香豆素酯类衍生物(B1-B5),其结构经核磁共振谱(~1H NMR)确证。
7-hydroxy-4-methyl-2 H-chromen-2-one(A1) was synthesized by Pechmann condensation reaction with p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst. Using A1 as raw materials, five kinds of coumarin ester derivatives(B1-B5) were prepared by acylation reaction and TLC monitoring. Their structures were confirmed by ~1 H NMR.
