Analysis of Industrial Water Conservation Based on Water Balance Testing For Aluminum Profile Industry

本文以佛山铝型材企业为例,通过企业水平衡测试和水质监测,考查了企业各个系统用水、排水以及水质的现状,分析了企业水重复利用存在的问题,提出了实现废水回用的方法,为铝型材企业废水回用,实现节水的目的,提供了新的思路。

Taking the aluminium profile enterprise as an example, through the water balance testing and water quality analysis, this paper analyzed the current situation of water use and drainage in each system, analyzed the existing problems of water reuse, and put forward the methods of realizing waste-water reuse, which provided a new idea for aluminium profile enterprise to reuse waste-water and realize the purpose of water saving.
