高校分子生物学实验室安全管理问题探究

Research on Safety Management of Molecular Biology Laboratory in Colleges and Universities

实验室是学生提高实验技能及实践能力的重要场所,有效的实验室管理是提高实验室效率及安全的重要前提。本文针对分子生物学实验室安全管理存在问题着手,分别从实验教师安全意识缺乏、学生的防护意识淡薄、实验室管理制度存在漏洞、实验室安全设施不完善四个方面,探究根源,解决问题。

Laboratory is an important place for students to improve their experimental skills and practical ability. Effective laboratory management is an important prerequisite for improving the efficiency and safety of the laboratory. In this paper, we focus on the problems of safety management in molecular biology laboratories, and explore the root causes and solve problems from four aspects: lack of safety awareness of experimental teachers, weak awareness of students’ protection, loopholes in laboratory management system, and imperfect laboratory safety facilities.
