This paper summarizes the main problems existing in the examination of science and engineering professional at present:The quality of examination management is not perfect;Contradictions in the delegation of examination power in higher departments;The examination form is too single,lack of process link;The examination culture has declined,and some proctors lack a sense of responsibility.
