陶行知先生是我国伟大的人民教育家,他的教育思想为后人提供了丰富的教育启示。"教学做合一"是陶行知先生的教学论,爱满天下是其毕生所追求的教育真谛,行知精神是新时代高校培育人才的生动教材。作为地方应用型大学,更应借鉴陶行知先生的职业教育理念。根据化工教育的专业特点,进一步明确"教学"与"实践"的紧密关联性,以培养学生的实践和创新能力为首要任务,顺应社会发展需求培养人才,提高学生自身竞争力。

Tao Xingzhi is a great people’s educator in our country.His education theories provide abundant educational enlightenment for later generations.The thought principle of"teach,learn,do to unite as one"is his teaching theory."Love all over the world"is his true meaning of education.Xingzhi thoughts can be used as a vivid textbook for university.As a local applied university,we should draw lessons from Tao Xingzhi’s education concept and further clarify the close relationship between"teaching"and"practice"according to the specialty characteristics of chemical education and develop the practical and innovative ability of students.Enhance the competitiveness of students to conform the needs of social development.
