摘要
为了解决如何处理废旧轮胎,大大减小黑色污染的严重问题,掌握高温后钢管橡胶混凝土的力学性能。本文设计了10个矩形截面钢管橡胶混凝土试件。考察了取代率、温度及时间3个变化因素,观察了轴心受压试验的全过程,对其破坏形态进行分析并得到了其荷载-位移曲线。试验研究结果表明:高温后矩形钢管橡胶混凝土柱在受力过程经历了弹性阶段、塑性阶段及破坏阶段,试件破坏形式为非平行斜向圆圈状剪切破坏。随着取代率的增加,试件的极限承载力不断逐渐降低。随温度增加,极限承载力呈先小幅下降再上升再逐渐下降,曲线整体呈下降趋势。
In order to solve the problem of how to dispose of used tires,the serious problem of black pollution is greatly reduced,and the mechanical properties of rectangle steel tuber filled rubber concrete short column after high temperature are mastered.10 rectangle steel tuber filled rubber concrete short columns were designed.The three factors i.e.replacement rate,temperature and time were examined.The whole process of axial compression test was observed,and the damage morphology was briefly summarized and the load-displacement curve was drawn.The experimental study shows that after high temperature,the rectangle steel tuber filled rubber concrete short column undergoes the elastic stage,the plastic stage,and the failure stage during the stress process,and the failure mode of the specimen is non-parallel oblique circular shearing failure.As the substitution rate increases,the ultimate bearing capacity of the test piece gradually decreases.With the increase of temperature,the ultimate bearing capacity showed a slight decline before rising and then gradually decreased,the overall curve showed a downward trend.
