混凝土模拟孔隙液中酰胺有机阻锈剂对Q235阻锈行为研究

摘要 采用开路电位(OCP)测试、动电位极化曲线测试、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测量、挂片干湿循环浸泡试验,研究浸泡时间、酰胺有机阻锈剂浓度对含3.5%NaCl混凝土模拟孔隙液中Q235电化学和锈蚀行为的影响。结果表明:酰胺阻锈剂分子可以吸附在Q235表面,抑制Cl^-对基体的破坏,起到阻锈作用;随酰胺阻锈剂浓度增大,相应的电化学阻抗弧增大,破钝电位增高,腐蚀电流密度减小,干湿循环挂片腐蚀程度减轻,可知Q235表面的酰胺吸附膜更加致密,阻锈效率提高。 The inhibition behavior of amide concentration and immersion time on Q235 reinforcing steel surface in 3.5%NaCl simulated concrete pore solution were studied by open circuit potential tests(OCP),Electrochemical impedance spectrums(EIS),potentiodynamic polarization tests and wetting-drying tests.The results show that,the amide molecule can be adsorbed on the Q235 surface,inhibiting the damage of Cl- to the matrix and resisting corrosion.With the amide concentration increasing,the Q235 samples show larger radius of the capacitive loop,more positive pitting breakdown potential(Eb)and smaller corrosion current density(Icorr),and it indicates that the amideadsorption film on the surface of Q235 is more intact.Combining with the corrosion morphology of Q235 coupons,the inhibition efficiency increases with the increase of the amide inhibitor concentration.
