摘要
以粉煤灰取代部分水泥作为胶凝材料可以有效改善混凝土的性能,尤其适用于大体积水工混凝土。对掺加不同等级粉煤灰的混凝土性能进行研究,试验结果表明:采用Ⅰ级粉煤灰的混凝土较采用Ⅱ级粉煤灰的混凝土抗压强度、轴拉强度和极限拉伸值均略高,且干缩率较低,掺加Ⅱ级粉煤灰的混凝土的抗冻性能优于掺加I级粉煤灰的混凝土。同强度等级,同水胶比条件下,Ⅰ级粉煤灰混凝土抗冲磨强度比Ⅱ级粉煤灰混凝土抗冲磨强度稍高。
The use of fly ash instead of part of the cement as cementitious material can effectively improve the performance of the concrete,especially for large volume hydraulic concrete.The performance of concrete mixed with different grades of fly ash was studied.The test results show that the performance of concrete with Level Ⅰ fly ash is slightly higher than that of Level Ⅱ fly ash in terms of compressive strength,axial tensile strength and Ultimate stretch value,and drying shrinkage is lower,but the anti-freezing performance of concrete with Level Ⅱ fly ash is better than that of concrete with Level Ⅰ fly ash.With the same strength grade,the abrasion resistance of Level Ⅰ fly ash concrete is slightly higher than that of Level Ⅱ fly ash concrete under the conditions of water to binder ratio.
