摘要
通过对聚羧酸分子结构进行设计,引入乙二醇单乙烯基聚乙二醇醚(2+2活性大单体),在常温25℃以下通过自由基聚合反应合成出了2+2型聚羧酸高性能减水剂PC-22,利用乙二醇单乙烯基聚乙二醇醚(2+2活性大单体)的高反应活性、更加舒展自由的侧链、使得聚醚侧链的包裹性和缠绕性得到提高、使得合成出来的聚羧酸减水剂具有更好的减水率、保坍性能和材料适应性。通过多种测试表征方法和相关混凝土试验,试验结果表明,对比普通HPEG型、国外高和易性聚羧酸高性能减水剂,PC-22聚羧酸高性能减水剂的分散效果和经时保坍性能较好,同时对不同水泥材料适应性良好,改善了混凝土的综合性能,具有广阔的市场前景。
It was based on the molecular structure design theory of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.With the introduction of vinyl glycol polyglycol ether(2+2 type reactive monomer),it synthesized the 2+2 type polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PC-22) by free radical polymerization under the normal temperature of 25 ℃,and because of the high reactivity of 2+2 type reactive monomer and better extensibility of side chains,which made polyether side chains more easy to wrap and wind.In the end PC-22 has better water reducing rate,collapse performance and adaptability.And through various structural characterization and concrete testing methods,the experiment results showed that PC-22 has better water reducing effect,collapse performance and good adaptability of different cement material when compared with ordinary HPEG type PCE and foreign high-workability PCE.So PC-22 can improve the comprehensive performance of concrete and has a broad market prospects.
