基于ISM和AHP的社区卫生服务水平影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of Community Health Service based on ISM and AHP

社区卫生服务对社区、我国公共卫生体系建设、我国卫生事业发展以及国民健康水平的提高都具有十分重要的意义,因此,在社区卫生服务水平不断提高的态势下,其影响因素仍有值得探究的空间。研究采用解释结构模型(ISM)和层次分析法(AHP)相结合的技术方法,在文献研究的基础上,以专家调查法收集数据,逐步形成社区卫生服务水平影响因素的多层次结构,并确定各层级因素权重,最终获得影响因素模型,在此基础上提出提升我国社区卫生服务水平的对策建议。

Community health service is of great significance to the community,the construction of China’s public health system,the development of China’s health undertakings and the improvement of national health.Therefore,under the situation of the continuous improvement of community health service,there is still room to explore the influencing factors.Research adopts explanation structure model(ISM)and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with the combination of technology and methods.On the basis of literature study and the collected data from expert survey,a multi-level structure of factors influencing the level of community health service is gradually formed so as to determine the weight of factors at each level,and finally obtain the influencing factor model.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions to improve the community health service in China are put forward.
