摘要
目的通过对大理X医院服务管理现状的调查,来分析基层公立医院服务管理提升的对策建议。方法运用文献调研法、问卷调查法、统计分析法等多种方法,来对资料进行整合分析。结果基层公立医院服务管理存在诸多不足,其原因主要是患者对医院的服务态度、服务质量、就诊环境不满意,职工对职业发展、工作回报不满意。结论结合医院管理学相关理论,通过提高服务质量,提高医务人员服务态度,提升医生工作回报等措施进一步提高基层公立医院服务管理水平。
Objective:To analyze the countermeasures and suggestions for improving service management in grassroots public hospitals by investigating the current situation of service management of a Dali Hospital.Method:An integrated analysis on the data was made by using literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods.Result:There are many deficiencies in the service management of grassroots public hospitals.The main reasons are that patients are not satisfied with the service attitude,service quality and treatment environment of the hospital,while the employees are not satisfied with their career development and work return.Conclusion:Combined with the related theories of hospital management,the service management level of grassroots public hospitals can be further improved by improving the service quality,medical staff’s service attitude and doctors’work return.
