2013—2017年我国公立医院医疗收入结构变动分析

Analysis on the Change of Medical Income Structure in China’s Public Hospitals from 2013 to 2017

目的对2013—2017年我国公立医院的医疗收入结构变动情况进行分析。方法从年鉴中选取相关数据,运用结构变动值、结构变动度和结构变动贡献率等指标,对公立医院医疗收入的结构变动情况进行研究。结果2013—2017年我国公立医院医疗收入的总结构变动度为13.67%,门诊收入结构变动度为9.28%,住院收入结构变动度为16.17%,药品收入和卫生材料收入是引起各医疗收入结构变动的主要项目,药品收入贡献率为58.38%,卫生材料收入贡献率24.65%。结论控费政策取得一定效果,药品收入占比明显下降;检查收入和卫生材料收入占比不降反增,成为新的增长点;体现医务人员劳动价值的收入增幅不明显,收入结构需进一步优化。

Objective:To analyze the changes of medical income structure in China’s public hospitals from 2013 to 2017.Method:The relevant data were selected from the yearbook,and indicators such as structural change value,structural change degree and the contribution rate of structural change were used to study the structural change of medical income in public hospitals.Result:From 2013 to 2017,the total change rate of medical income in China’s public hospitals was 13.67%,the change rate of outpatient income was 9.28%,and the change rate of hospitalization income was 16.17%.Drug income and health material income were the main items that caused the change of medical income structure,with drug income contributing 58.38% and health material income contributing 24.65%.Conclusion:The fee-control policy has achieved certain effect,and the proportion of drug revenue has decreased obviously.The proportion of revenue and revenue from health materials increased instead of falling,becoming a new growth point.The increase of income reflecting the labor value of medical personnel is not obvious,and the income structure needs to be further optimized.
