公立医院“互联网+党建”工作路径研究

Research on Working Path of “Internet+ Party Construction” in Public Hospitals

在公立医院改革和“互联网+”信息化趋势背景下,浙江大学医学院附属杭州市第一人民医院以“智慧党建”移动管理平台为载体,开启公立医院“互联网+党建”工作新模式。文章介绍了该模式下“智慧党建”平台的实施路径,总结经验和成效,并进一步对医院795名在职党员进行问卷调查,了解其对于“互联网+党建”工作的满意度和影响因素,在实证研究的基础上剖析存在的问题,了解潜在需求,提出意见建议,以期为进一步优化公立医院党建工作起到借鉴作用。

Under the background of public hospital reform and the trend of“Internet+”informatization,Hangzhou First People’s Hospital affiliated to the School of Medicine of Zhejiang University started a new mode of“Internet+Party construction”in public hospitals with the mobile management platform of“smart Party construction”as the carrier.This paper introduces the mode of the implementation of the“smart Party construction”platform path,sums up the experience and results,conducts further questionnaire survey on 795 in-service Party members in the hospital to understand their satisfaction and influencing factors on the work of“Internet+Party construction”.Based on the empirical study,existing problems were analyzed,potential needs were understood,and suggestions were put forward in order to further optimize the party building in public hospitals.
