摘要
基于加州学前教育的发展和ESSA对学前教育的关注,加州反思其学前教育存在教育系统繁杂、教育机会有限、师资队伍建设不足、质量均衡进展缓慢和数据收集系统不完善等问题,并从统筹学前教育管理系统、扩大学前教育机会、加强学前师资建设、推进质量均衡发展和完善数据收集系统方面着手改革。改革启示我们,普及优质学前教育具有长期性和高回报特征,学前的教育发展需要政策支持和系统改革的推进。
Based on the development of California’s early childhood education and ESSA‘s concern about the early childhood education,California reflected the problems in complex educational systems of early childhood,limited educational opportunities,lack of teaching staff construction,slow in balanced development of quality,incomplete data collection system,and has reformed in integrating management system,widening educational opportunities,strengthening teaching staff construction,forging balanced development of quality,and completing data collection system.California’s early childhood education reform enlightens us that,popularizing high quality early childhood education is characteristic of long-term and high return,and the development of early childhood education needs policy support and systematic reform.
